Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid ticket yourself until 24 hours before the class. You get back everything you paid, taxes included, within 15 days. If the organizer or the studio cancels a class, what you paid for it is refunded automatically, without you doing anything.
In this section
Cancel online
Open the class in My tickets and choose Cancel registration. Before you confirm, you see the refund (taxes included), the deadline under Cancel by and the number of tickets. A cancellation covers every ticket of that purchase, with one refund for all of them.
The refund is what you paid for that purchase and haven’t already had back, and it goes to your original payment method within 15 days. Until it’s done, the class shows Cancellation in progress.
Until when
- A paid class: until 24 hours before it starts. If the class is moved, the deadline is 24 hours before the later of the time you bought and the new time. Either way, once the class has started, it can’t be cancelled online.
- A pass: until 24 hours before its first class or, if the organizer or the studio cancelled that class, before the next class still scheduled. You cancel the whole pass from its own page, never one class of it: Cancel pass (or Cancel registration when the pass covers a single class).
- A free class: until it starts. Nothing was paid, so there is nothing to refund, and your seat is released.
The deadline and the refund delay are the ones in the terms you accepted at checkout. Contract, on your purchase, keeps them in full.
After the deadline
Once the deadline has passed, there is no cancel button any more. Contact the organizer, whose details are under Details on your ticket: any refund is then up to them, without limiting your rights under the law. If a class isn’t given within 30 days of the date in your contract, you have the right to cancel your purchase; for a pass, contact the organizer to do so.
When the organizer or the studio cancels
There is nothing for you to do. The class shows Class cancelled, and what you paid for it, taxes included, is refunded automatically to your original payment method; Quorin emails you. For a pass, only that class’s share is refunded and the rest of your pass stays valid; while that refund is being processed, you can’t cancel the rest of the pass yourself. A free registration is simply cancelled, and you’re told by email.
ExampleTwo tickets, Saturday 10 a.m.
You paid $50, taxes included, for two tickets to a class on Saturday at 10 a.m.: one for you, one for a friend.
- You cancel on Thursday evening. Before you confirm, you see $50.00 as the refund and Friday 10 a.m. under Cancel by. Both tickets are cancelled, and $50 goes back to your card within 15 days.
- Only your friend can’t come? Online, a cancellation covers both tickets; instead, you can put someone else’s name on their ticket (see Your tickets).
- Friday at 11 a.m. is too late to cancel online: contact the organizer, and any refund is up to them.
- The organizer cancels Saturday’s class: the $50 comes back automatically and you get an email. Nothing to do.
Emails reach you only at a confirmed email address on your account: see Your Quorin account.
