Your Quorin account
You buy class tickets with a Quorin account you sign in to with a code sent to your phone or email. The same account works at every studio and keeps your tickets, receipts, contracts, contact details and language.

Signing in
At checkout, or with Sign in on a studio’s class pages, enter your phone number or your email: Quorin sends a 6-digit code by text, or an 8-digit code by email. If your account has no name yet, checkout asks for your full name. Use the same phone number or email each time, so all your tickets stay in one account.
Your account page
On a studio’s site, Account in the menu opens Your account:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email. They’re the same at every studio. A new phone number is checked with a code, and a new email takes effect only once you confirm the link sent to it (and, if your account already had an email, the link sent to that address too).
- Language: the language of Quorin’s pages and of the messages you receive. A studio that offers only one language shows its pages and sends its messages in that language.
- Gender for balanced classes: appears once you’ve registered yourself for a class that balances women and men. It’s what checkout suggests for your own spot; change it, or choose Prefer not to say.
My tickets holds your tickets, and Purchases your class purchases, each with the contract you accepted and, for a paid one, its receipt. Your contract stays in the language you bought in.
Emails about your classes
Class emails go only to your account’s confirmed email address; none are sent by text:
- the confirmation of your purchase, with your contract, a calendar file and links to your tickets;
- a reminder in the 24 hours before each class, unless you bought it within those 24 hours;
- a notice when a class or your registration is cancelled, or when you’re refunded;
- the messages the organizer sends to the people registered for a class.
Signed in with a phone number only? Your account has no email, so these emails can’t reach you. Add one under Contact details and confirm the link.
ExampleOne phone number, two studios
You signed in with your phone number to buy a ticket at one studio, and later buy a class at another.
- Sign in with the same phone number: both purchases are in the same account. My tickets in your Quorin account lists both studios’ classes; each studio’s own site lists only its own.
- No confirmation email came: your account has no email yet (see the note above). Your tickets were in My tickets all along.
- If you sign in with an email Quorin doesn’t know instead, a new account is created, without those tickets. When it asks for your name, it offers to sign in with the phone number you used before.
