Your tickets
My tickets lists every class you hold tickets for. Open a class to show each attendee’s QR code at the door, add it to your calendar, download the tickets as a PDF or change an attendee’s name.

My tickets
My tickets has one row per class, under Upcoming or Past, with the number of tickets you hold for it. A label shows what changed: Rescheduled (a new time or room), Class cancelled, Cancelled (your tickets for it were cancelled) or Cancellation in progress; Pass marks a class that is part of a pass. On a studio’s own site, the list shows that studio’s classes; in your Quorin account, it shows them all.
If you’re on a class’s waiting list, Waiting lists, above your tickets, shows each date you’re waiting for; a spot held for you says until when, with Register, and Leave the waiting list takes you off. See Buy tickets or a pass.
At the bottom, Purchases opens your class purchases, each with the contract you accepted and, for a paid one, its receipt.
At the door
Open the class: there is one ticket per attendee, each with the attendee’s name and a QR code. Swipe, or use the arrows, to go from one to the next. Show the code at the door and the organizer scans it. The screen stays awake while your tickets are on it, where your browser allows it. A cancelled ticket, or a cancelled class, shows no code.
For a class bought on its own (not with a pass), the confirmation email also links each ticket. That link opens the ticket without signing in, so you can send each person their own; anyone who has the link can show that ticket.
Calendar, PDF and more
- Add to calendar downloads the class as a calendar file. It shows until the class has ended, and the confirmation email carries one too.
- Download PDF gives a printable copy, one page per ticket.
- Receipt opens the receipt of a paid purchase.
- For a class that is part of a pass, Part of a pass opens the pass: its classes with the amount paid for each, its receipt and its contract.
- Cancel registration shows while you can still cancel online; a pass covering several classes is cancelled from its own page: see Cancellations and refunds.
Under Details are the organizer and how to reach them, and the address. If the class’s time or room has changed, Original time shows the time you bought.
Change an attendee’s name
Edit names changes who a ticket is for, until the class starts; for a pass, until its first class still scheduled starts. If a ticket has no name yet, the button says Add attendee names. Change the name and choose Save.
ExampleThree tickets, Thursday 7 p.m.
You bought three tickets to a Thursday 7 p.m. class: for you, Sam and Léa.
- My tickets shows one row for Thursday, with 3 tickets.
- Open it: three tickets, each with its own name and QR code. At the door, each person shows theirs, or you show all three from your phone.
- Léa can’t make it and Alex is coming instead: Edit names, change Léa to Alex, Save. This works until Thursday at 7 p.m.
- The class moves to 7:30 p.m.: the row says Rescheduled, the tickets show 7:30 p.m., and Original time keeps 7 p.m.
