For renters
For the people who book a studio’s rooms, including those who run classes in them.
Your account
- Your account and signing inYou sign in with no password, using a one-time code sent to your phone by text or to your email address. The first code also creates your account, and that one account works at every studio that uses Quorin.
- LanguageQuorin is in English and French. Once you are signed in, the pages and the messages a studio sends you follow your account’s language, as long as the studio offers it (a link that names a language wins for that page); otherwise you get the studio’s own language.
Booking a room
- Book a roomOn the studio’s calendar, press New booking and choose the date, time, length, room and rate. You sign in, accept the studio’s booking terms and, where the studio takes payment online, finish the payment step: the booking is then confirmed, with no approval to wait for.
- When you can bookEach studio sets how many days ahead you can book, its opening hours and how far apart its start times are, and it can limit how many upcoming bookings you hold. The booking form offers only times inside those rules, and it tells you when a date is past the studio’s booking window.
Series and held slots
- Book a weekly seriesTurn on Repeat weekly in the booking form and choose the date the series runs until: the same room and time are booked every week (except any that conflict), each week as its own booking. You cancel weeks from the series itself; to change one, contact the studio.
- Your held slotWhen your series ends, the studio keeps its weekly time for you for a set number of days, so you can renew and keep your usual spot before another renter can book it.
Paying and receipts
- Paying for your bookingsIt depends on the studio. Where it takes card payments online, you pay at the end of booking, or save a card it charges when free cancellation ends; otherwise you pay the studio directly. A booking is never cancelled because a payment failed.
- Your receiptsQuorin issues a receipt each time a studio receives money for your booking, and a refund receipt for each refund. Find them on the booking’s page under Activity, in My bookings and in Monthly statements.
- Your daily or weekly billIf the studio bills you by the day or week, Billing periods in My bookings shows your bill history. An unpaid bill offers Pay this bill when online payment is available; otherwise arrange payment with the studio.

Classes you organize
- Sell tickets to your class on the studio’s pageMake a booking public and it is listed on the studio’s public classes page, beside the studio’s own classes, where anyone who comes to the studio’s site can find it and buy a ticket online. Customers pay by card when they buy, before the class, so there is nobody to chase for the money.
- Check people in to your classOn the day of your class, scan each ticket’s QR code with your phone, or check people in by name from the class roster. A counter shows how many have arrived, and people without a ticket can be added at the door.
