Your daily or weekly bill

If the studio bills you by the day or week, Billing periods in My bookings shows your bill history. An unpaid bill offers Pay this bill when online payment is available; otherwise arrange payment with the studio.

When you are billed

Where the studio has enabled daily or weekly billing for you, eligible ended, unpaid bookings are collected together. The scheduled run becomes due after 6 am studio-local time the next morning for daily billing, or on Monday for weekly billing; a charge can happen later.

The dates label the bill’s period; older eligible sessions still waiting to be billed can also appear. The bill keeps the studio details and tax identity you accepted with the booking, rather than replacing them with later studio settings.

An applicable cancellation fee on a period-billed booking can go on the next bill. Cancelling is not automatically free; your booking’s cancellation rules still apply.

Pay an unpaid bill

  • On the studio’s My bookings page, find Billing periods. When available, Pay this bill lets you confirm the amount and card before paying an unpaid bill.
  • Unpaid does not always mean your card was declined. Follow the bill’s guidance: add or update a card when needed, or arrange payment with the studio when online collection is unavailable.
  • Replacing a saved card does not itself pay an unpaid bill. Some failures qualify for an automatic retry; the bill’s current status tells you whether it still needs payment.
  • If the studio records a part payment collected outside Stripe, the remaining bill balance is smaller. Do not pay the original total again without checking the current balance.

Past bills and statements

Issued receipts and refund receipts remain on the bill’s page. A receipt documents recorded money; an unpaid bill is not itself a receipt. If a refund draws on payments from several bills, its documents can belong to those different bills.

Monthly statements, also in My bookings on the studio’s pages, lists completed months with document activity at that studio. View opens a statement and Download PDF saves it. A statement summarizes documents and applicable credit adjustments; it is not a new charge. Read more about your receipts.

ExampleTwo sessions on one weekly bill

At Studio B, two eligible ended sessions cost $60 and $40 including tax, with nothing paid yet and no other balance or adjustment.

  • The weekly run can collect them together as a $100 bill.
  • If that bill stays unpaid and the studio later records $40 you paid in cash, $60 remains to pay.
  • Check that remaining balance in Billing periods before making another payment.
