Your account and signing in

You sign in with no password, using a one-time code sent to your phone by text or to your email address. The first code also creates your account, and that one account works at every studio that uses Quorin.

In this section

Sign in with a code

  1. On the studio’s page, choose Sign in. Under Sign in with, pick Phone or Email.
  2. Enter your number or address and press Send code (by phone) or Send email code (by email).
  3. Type the code: 6 digits by text, 8 digits by email. The form checks it as soon as every digit is in. No code? Send a new code works once a minute.
  4. If you don’t have a profile at this studio yet, Finish your profile asks for your name (and, if you signed in by phone, an email if you want to add one, plus the text-message box below). Press Create profile and you are in. If you add an email, booking emails start once you confirm it from the link we send.

If you sign in by phone and create a profile at a studio, Finish your profile also asks you to tick a box agreeing to receive transactional text messages from Quorin and this studio. You can’t create the profile without it, and each new studio asks again. If the studio already had a profile for you, you may instead be asked once whether you want booking texts: Yes, text me or No thanks. You don’t need to sign in to look at the studio’s calendar: when you continue a booking, the booking itself asks for your phone number and a code by text, which signs you in.

The studio booked for you before?

Sign in with the phone number or email the studio has on file for you. The profile the studio created for you, and the bookings on it, then join your account. By phone, you may first be asked to finish your profile.

One account, every studio

Your account is yours, not the studio’s. Your name, phone number and email follow you to every studio where you book with Quorin. Each studio still keeps its own profile for you, and you choose separately for each studio how it sends you messages. Signing in with a phone number or email your account doesn’t have yet starts a second, empty account: if you have booked before with another contact, sign in with that one (the profile step reminds you).

Your Account page

Open Account in the studio’s menu. Your account lists:

  • Contact details: your Full name, Phone number and Email. A contact you have confirmed shows Verified.
  • Preferences: the language of your account (see Language).
  • Notification preferences: how this studio sends you messages, your booking reminders and the studio’s offers.
  • Payment method: your saved card, which is one card for every studio you book with (or Add a card if you have none).

A new phone number is saved only after you confirm it with a code sent to that number. A new email is saved only after you confirm it from the link sent to it (and, if you already had an email, from the link sent to your current address too). Until then, your current email stays active.

Booking emails are sent only to an email address you have verified. With no verified email, booking messages can reach you only by text.

ExamplePhone first, email later

Sam signs in at a studio with a mobile number. A 6-digit code arrives by text, and Sam creates a profile with a name only. A month later, Sam adds an email on the Account page.

  • The email is saved once Sam opens the confirmation link sent to it, and it then shows Verified. From then on, booking emails can reach Sam there.
  • Sam can now sign in either way: a 6-digit code by text, or an 8-digit code by email.
  • Sam books at a second studio that uses Quorin and signs in with the same number: it is the same account, with the same contacts, and Sam only finishes a profile for that studio.
