Custom domain and branding

Every plan can show your logo. Growth and Scale also give your booking pages your own colors and font, and Scale serves your booking pages on a domain you own.

All three are in Settings, which only admins can open: Logo and Color & font under Studio profile, Your own web address under Booking page.

On every plan. Upload logo (Replace logo once you have one) takes a PNG, JPG or WebP image up to 2 MB. It shows at the top of your booking pages; emails don’t include it. There is no Save button: the logo changes as soon as the upload finishes.

Color and font

On Growth and Scale. Color & font sets a Brand color, a Secondary color (optional) and a Body font (Sora, Fraunces, Space Grotesk, Inter or Poppins). Quorin builds readable light and dark versions from your color and shows both in the preview before you save. Your public booking pages use all three (headings keep their default style), and the emails about your room bookings use your brand color.

On Starter, the card is locked and your pages use Quorin’s color and font. Choices you saved on a paid plan are kept and come back when your studio is on Growth or Scale again.

Your own domain

On Scale, your public pages — landing page, booking flow, confirmations — are served on a domain you own, and the booking links in your emails use it. A subdomain such as booking.yourstudio.com is recommended; a root domain works too.

  1. Type the domain and press Connect domain.
  2. At your domain provider, add the record the card shows, exactly as written: a CNAME record for a subdomain, an A record for a root domain. If the card says Ownership check required, add both records it shows.
  3. Come back and press Check status. The status shows Waiting for DNS until your record is found, then Live; it may show Securing connection for about a minute while the certificate is issued. DNS changes can take from a few minutes to 24–48 hours.

On Cloudflare, set the record to “DNS only” (proxy off), or the secure certificate cannot be issued.

Your domain serves the pages your renters and customers use. Your admin pages, a person’s Quorin account and the Quorin help and legal pages stay on quorin.studio: following one of those links from your domain leads there. Remove domain puts your booking site back on its quorin.studio address, and links that use the old domain stop working.

On Starter and Growth, the card offers On any plan: redirect your domain: a free redirect, set up at your domain provider, from your domain to the Quorin address the card shows. Visitors then see the Quorin address in their browser.

ExampleStarter, then Growth, then Scale

Your studio starts on Starter with a logo uploaded, and wants its booking page in its own colors at booking.example.com.

  • On Starter, the logo already shows on your booking page. Color & font is locked.
  • On Growth, you pick a brand color and a font and save: your booking pages use them right away, and your booking emails your color. Your own web address still offers only the free redirect.
  • On Scale, you connect booking.example.com, add the CNAME record the card shows, and press Check status until it says Live.
  • During payment retries, a past-due Scale subscription keeps your custom domain and colors. If Stripe cancels the subscription, booking.example.com sends visitors to your quorin.studio address and the colors go back to Quorin’s. Both come back as you left them once your studio is on Scale again.
