Classes from your renters

Renters can publish their own classes for a booking in your studio. This switch decides whether those classes are listed for sale on your public classes page.

In this section
  • When on, a class a renter publishes for a booking in your studio is listed on your public classes page, and customers can buy tickets for it.
  • Turning the switch off hides the renter classes that are already listed on your public classes page.
  • Any studio admin can unpublish a renter’s listing at any time. There is no approval queue.
  • Your studio’s own classes are not affected by this switch — you can publish them whether it is on or off.
  • Renters can only make a booking public when it is booked at a rate that allows public classes. Choose which rates do in Rates; every rate starts off. A weekly series follows the rate it was booked at, including any dates moved to another room.

ExampleA renter’s Saturday workshop

A renter rents Studio B for Saturday afternoon, at a rate that allows public classes, and publishes a two-hour pottery workshop for that booking.

  • With this switch on, the workshop appears on your studio’s public classes page next to your own, and customers can buy a ticket for it.
  • You can unpublish it from your classes list at any time — no request to approve, no waiting on the renter.
