Receipts, invoices and monthly statements
Receipts document recorded payments; refund receipts and corrections preserve what happened afterward. Find issued documents in booking Activity and bill history, and a renter’s latest completed-month statement on their profile.

Which document is which
- A Receipt documents a card payment or money you record at the desk. Part payments can have separate receipts; no new receipt is issued just because an unpaid booking is due or a charge fails.
- A Refund receipt documents a recorded refund. Voiding a mistaken manual payment produces a Receipt correction, not another charge or refund; the original document remains readable.
- If you supply your own receipt, Quorin does not issue one for the part it covers. A daily or weekly bill documents its collected money on the bill, without documenting the same booking money twice.
- Historical Invoice and credit-note documents remain part of the record. A later change does not rewrite an issued document.
A period bill and its receipts keep the studio details and tax identity accepted with the booking, even if your settings change later. A refund spanning payments on different bills can produce refund documents on those bills.
Find a document or send a notice
Open the booking’s Activity for its issued documents, or the renter profile’s Billing periods for bill history. Renters find their documents in their own booking Activity and bill pages.
- On a manual-payment row, Retry payment notification retries that payment’s notice. For an unpaid bill, Send payment link sends its payment notice again when the action is available; it is not a resend button for every document.
- A new refund on a daily or weekly bill can have a separate refund-receipt email when the receipt is issued, following email preferences and your notification choice. It links to the document and may include a PDF; it announces availability, not when money reaches the bank.
Monthly statements
The profile’s Monthly statement link opens the latest available completed month. Renters use Monthly statements in My bookings on your studio’s pages. These summaries gather issued documents and applicable credit adjustments at your studio; they do not charge the renter again or turn unpaid sessions into receipts. They are separate from Quorin’s fee statements.
ExampleA receipt and a refund in one month
Studio B records a $100 booking payment and later a $20 refund in the same month, both fully documented by Quorin, with no other entries.
- The $100 receipt stays in the history beside the $20 refund receipt.
- After the month ends, the statement shows $100 and −$20: a net $80, not a new $80 charge.

- Daily and weekly billingWhere period billing is available, a renter’s daily or weekly bill collects eligible unpaid bookings together. On their profile, Billing periods shows past bills and the available actions for an unpaid balance.
- Quorin fee statementsQuorin’s monthly fee statement lists its fees, and the taxes on them, already deducted from your studio’s card payments: one statement per month and currency. Admins open it in Settings › Billing, under Quorin fee statements, and can download it as a PDF.
- Walk-ins and paying at the deskBook someone who is at the desk like any other booking, adding them as a new renter with a name and a phone number. Money they hand you, in cash or on your own terminal, goes on the booking with Record external payment: Quorin writes it down and charges nothing.
